Tanning Lamp Warranty & Guarantee
30 Day Manufacturer's Warranty
All tanning lamps are guaranteed to start in properly working tanning systems for 30 days from the date of shipment delivery.
Lamp shipping breakage is covered when reported to us within 48 hours of delivery. Please do not refuse your shipment of tanning lamps under any circumstances even if they appear broken. Please accept the delivery and open the box to count any broken bulbs and then reply to your SHIPPING NOTICE E-MAIL with a photo that shows all the end caps (there are 2 for each lamp) in one single photo and another photo of the shipping box. Example: If 5 lamps are broken we would need to see 10 end caps in the single photo and another separate photo of the box. We will then work on your behalf to quickly send replacements.
Non-defective Return Policy
If you have any unused lamps in the original packaging they can be exchanged within 15 days of purchase if the lamps purchased were the wrong size, wattage or compatibility. You must use the original shipping boxes for the return and all shipping costs (both ways) will be the responsibility of the buyer and a restocking fee of 25% of the purchase price will be charged for these non defective returns. Once a tanning lamp is used it is non-returnable if the lamp was not defective.
Tanning Lamp Performance Guarantee
Every tanning lamp we ship is guaranteed to perform within the original specifications filed with the FDA (plus or minus 10%) for a period of 30 days from the date of delivery. In the event you wish to make a performance based claim, this policy is your sole relief. This Performance Guarantee isn't designed to compare one lamp to another or how it tans you, and it is only based on the lamps conformity to it's original specifications as recorded with the FDA.
To make a claim, you must have the original shipping boxes and email us for authorization within 30 days of receiving your lamps at email@example.com. Performance claims can not be made after this time under any circumstance. Once you have authorization, you may ship the lamps back to either our warehouse or lamp testing facility (we will send you a return label) and you will pay the actual cost to have the lamps shipped. We will then forward the lamps to our testing facility and perform full spectrum testing on the lamps.
1. If the lamps are found to conform to the original specification (plus or minus 10%), we will ship the lamps back to you after you pay the return shipping costs plus the fee for the testing.
2. If the lamps are found to be out of specification, we will replace the lamps with the exact same brand, size and model from a different batch, at absolutely no cost to you and also refund all of the shipping fees you paid in the return process.
Size, Compatibility and Wattage
We will ship the size and wattage requested by the customer. It is the customer's responsibility to inspect and insure the lamp is the correct size and wattage for their tanning bed, and that the lamp is legally compatible in their state (for salon customers). We are not responsible for damage to the lamps caused by using the wrong wattage, or for legal compliance with any state or local laws, under any circumstances. We can not accept any returns of lamps that have been used in a tanning bed rated for a different wattage than the stated wattage on the lamp.
This is the official policy for tanning lamps purchased over the phone or online through this website. No other warranties or guarantees, expressed or implied are valid and no individual has the authorization to modify this policy.
