Spray Tanning Points Loyalty Program

What is the program? 

The loyalty points program is our way of showing appreciation to you as a spray tanning customer. 

You will earn loyalty points on your purchases of most spray tanning solutions, self tanners and retail resale product (equipment and kits not included). The more loyalty points you collect the more you can save on orders or use for free products. 

To make the program even better you'll receive access to special member discount codes on many solutions, self tanners and resale products. 

Who can join?

If you are in the spray tanning industry serving clients (salons, gyms clinics etc. ) or if you are mobile spray tanning technician or if you just bought a start up kit from us and are starting your business you are eligible to become a member.

How do I start earning points and get the special discount codes?

Once you register we will send you an email that you must click on and verify you wish to enroll in the free program. After you verify we will immediately send you a welcome email with your special member codes. If you don't see our welcome email within a few minutes of verification please check your spam folder. You will also receive an email on the 1st of each month with the new member codes.

You will earn 100 points just for enrolling and if you do not see the welcome email please check your spam folder.

You may use the member discount codes on future orders and when you use your registered email address you will also earn 1 redeemable point for ever dollar spent on most spray tanning solutions, retail products and resale products (equipment and kits not included).

You can then use your points to issue yourself awards for free products or special discount codes for future orders. In the future, we will add even more ways to earn points, discounts and free promotional products. For now you can see all the ways you can earn points click the Earn Points tab in the menu after you enroll and sign into the member area.

How do I view my point balance?

You will be able to sign in and your points can be viewed in the orange Spray Tanning Points bar located in the lower left hand corner of your screen.

How do I redeem my points?

In the member areas select the tab titled Redeem Points. Here you’ll see all the rewards we offer. If you have enough points, you can redeem them for a discount code coupon reward that you can use during checkout.

Is there a limit to the number of points I can earn?

No. Please go ahead and earn as many point as you can!

What do the 'approved', 'pending' and 'cancelled' point statuses mean?

  • Approved: These points can be redeemed on rewards immediately.
  • Pending: These points need to be verified or mature before you can redeem them. This status typically applies to the 10 day wait period on purchases and referrals.
  • Cancelled: These points will not be added to your account. For example, this will happen if you cancel a purchase (the points will change from pending to cancelled)

I completed an activity but didn't earn points!

There is a 10 day waiting period before you can use points to issue rewards. You may redeem points for awards on the 11th day after your order was placed. 

Can I use my points during checkout?

Please redeem your points to obtain a discount code voucher which can then be applied during checkout. You can only apply one discount code for each order.

Can I use multiple member discount codes? 

You may apply up to 5 of the monthly member codes for different product types on a single order. You may see an example at this link 

How do I leave the program?

If you no longer wish to earn points and receive the discount codes, please contact us and ask to be unenrolled. We'll unenroll you and you will lose any points you have accrued. 

What happens if I leave and decide later to join again?

Just contact us and we'll re-enroll you. However, your point total will start at zero.

Do points expire?

Points do not currently expire but we do reserve the right to modify the policy as necessary.
