Inside Delivery and Assembly Service

  • Inside Delivery and Assembly Service only and does not include any electrical work or installation.
  • The customer is responsible for ensuring the product they have purchased can fit through doors, hallways, turns or stairwells.
  • Service includes up to one flight of stairs. Additional stairs, stairwells, or special access requirements may result in additional fee's.
  • Inside Delivery and Assembly Service is Non-Refundable.
  • If the installation company is unable to reach you to schedule the delivery appointment or if you are not available to accept delivery within 24 hours of the shipment reaching the delivery terminal, the freight company will begin charging storage fee's and or be listed as undeliverable and returned to the manufacturer. 
  • Once the delivery is scheduled, rescheduling or missed appointments by the customer will result in a $199 abort fee due prior to service being performed.
  • If the installers are unable to perform the delivery and set up due to issues arising from the customers installation location, the installation company will cancel the installation and will charge a $199 abort fee requiring a new delivery appointment to be scheduled once the issues at the delivery location have been corrected. 
  • The customer shall bear responsibility for any and all fee's incurred as a result of missed, cancelled, aborted, or changed delivery appointments and or special requests.  
  • Adding Inside Delivery and Assembly service may extend estimated lead times due to the additional coordination involved.
