Please note this is premium grade rigid replacement acrylic that is positioned inside the bench of the bed just above the tanning lamps and below the outer sheet of acrylic that the user lays on when tanning. If you need the outer sheet of acrylic for the tanning bed it can be located here. The acrylic for the top canopy of this bed is not available. This inner sheet it shipped flat and not rolled up in a box like other lower grade acrylic replacements.

• If the acrylic has been damaged you can refuse to accept the shipment from the driver if you are present at arrival
• If the acrylic has been damaged please report the issue to the carrier  immediately and take photos of the box and damage
